Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your order. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations can be made.
Before Shipment
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation. However, we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests will be fulfilled, as orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery.

Please provide your order number and contact information. We will check the status of your order and confirm whether cancellation is possible. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we will not be able to cancel it.
After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. If you no longer want the order after it has shipped, you have two options:
Refuse delivery: You may refuse the package when the carrier attempts delivery. The item will be returned to us, and we will process a refund once we receive it, minus any non-refundable shipping costs.
Return the item: Accept delivery and initiate a return within 30 days following our Returns & Refund Policy. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is successful before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit.
Orders Placed After Cutoff Time
Orders placed after 6:00 PM Central Standard Time will be processed the following business day. If you place an order after this time and wish to cancel, please contact us as early as possible the next business day.
