General Questions

Q: Where do you ship? 

A: We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping or delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Q: How much does shipping cost? 

A: Orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $150 have a flat shipping rate of $12.

Q: Are taxes included in the price? 

A: Yes, all prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes. You will not be charged additional taxes at checkout.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? 

A: We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Ordering and Processing

Q: How long does it take to process my order? 

A: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 6:00 PM Central Standard Time will be processed the next business day.

Q: How long will delivery take? 

A: After your order ships, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Total delivery time includes both processing (1-3 business days) and transit (3-7 business days).

Q: Will I receive tracking information? 

A: Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? 

A: Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed. Please contact us immediately at info@trendfitt.com or +1 702-981-4774, and we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet shipped.

Cancellations

Q: Can I cancel my order? 

A: If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Contact us right away at info@trendfitt.com or +1 702-981-4774. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our return process.

Returns and Refunds

Q: What is your return policy? 

A: You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Final Sale items and customized products cannot be returned.

Q: Who pays for return shipping? 

A: For standard returns (change of mind, sizing issues, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or damage), we will cover return shipping.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund? 

A: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the credit.

Q: Will I get a refund for the original shipping cost? 

A: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Q: Are there restocking fees? 

A: No, we do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect? 

A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@trendfitt.com or +1 702-981-4774 with photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund and will cover return shipping costs.
